Steven Chlupsa

A lifelong artist, Steve grew up in a family of creatives. He has a long history of innovation, inventing tools for both woodcarving and high-performance automative work. He also partnered with his mother as a professional wedding cake artist, refining his precision and design skills. Since retiring from that business in 3018, he has devoted himself fully to painting.

Working exclusively in watercolor now, Steve uses Winsor & Newton and Daniel Smith paints on Arches paper to create vivid, dramatic works inspired by his love of cars, nature, and imaginative themes. His recent series include automotive portraits, bold florals, steampunk-inspired figures, and retro Cubist-style animals. Steve personally mats and frames all of his work.
