Katherine Carney

Katherine Carney truly lives and loves coastal life! Residing in the Annapolis area for over 35 years, she is now settled on the Wye River in Queenstown, MD.  We believe everything happens for a reason and there are no coincidences. While on vacation Katherine and her husband stopped in the gallery for a look.

Her larger-than-life personality, love of all things coastal and her obvious passion and talent made it impossible for us to pass up an opportunity to have her as one of our artists.  To later find out she is best known for her coastal paintings it came as no surprise she is also a 5 time award winning painter.

Katherine is a realist with an impressionistic view.

Katherine’s thoughts, “More suggestion and fresh perspective.”
