Marianna Burch

Marianna Burch grew up in Connecticut, moved to Georgia and settled in Florida in 2020. A lifelong creative spirit, she has explored a wide range of artistic mediums over the years, including ceramics, jewelry, glass, clay, sewing, and woodworking.

She enjoyed drawing as a child, but drifted away from it in adulthood, believing she couldn’t really draw anymore. That changed after moving to Florida, where the beauty of the ocean captured her imagination. Inspired by a YouTube artist painting beach scenes in oils, she asked for oil paints and canvases for Christmas—and decided to give painting a try. She was instantly hooked.

Painting quickly became a passion. For Marianna, it’s a freeing and immersive experience where time disappears. She’s drawn to subjects that speak to her, giving each painting the time and attention it deserves. While she hasn’t studied art formally, her love for what she does shines through in every piece.
