Matthew Lewis

A photographer living in Tampa, FL, Matthew regularly travels away from his home area to fulfill his photographic vision. 

“I gained a love for photography at a young age. When I was a child my father was constantly taking family photographs. Every holiday one of my favorite activities was looking through the family photo albums at grandma's house. I picked up a camera as a teenager and never looked back.”

Matthews style has evolved over the years and he now finds himself drawn to astro landscape photography. Research is a vital component to astro photography; dates, weather forecasts, phases of the moon and the seasons to name a few. 

A typical imaging session lasts many hours and sometimes all night.
