Alan Zawacki
Alan Zawacki is a Florida-based fine artist whose work is deeply inspired by a lifelong connection to the ocean. From early days swimming and surfing along the Jersey Shore to decades of travel throughout the Caribbean, the movement of water, the brilliance of tropical light, and the sense of freedom found along island shores have shaped both his life and his art.
These experiences became the foundation of his creative vision. The luminous turquoise waters, warm trade winds, and expansive horizons of the Caribbean and Florida coastlines continue to influence his vibrant tropical seascapes. Through bold color, light, and atmosphere, Zawacki translates the rhythm and calm of coastal environments onto canvas, inviting viewers to experience the same sense of tranquility and escape he finds in these places.
Over a painting career spanning more than three decades, his work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions and is held in private collections throughout the United States and internationally.
Today, Zawacki continues to paint from his Florida studio, creating original works that bring the clarity, energy, and serenity of tropical shores into the spaces where people live and work.
