Victoria Cooley

Born in Nantucket, MA, Victoria has lived in Sarasota, FL for most of her life.

After graduating with a BFA from Ringling School of Art and Design, Victoria started exhibiting her work regularly, and operated her own gallery in Towles Court, Sarasota.

Victoria is intrigued by simple life pleasures and fleeting moments. “I find inspiration when listening to waves, collecting seashells, noticing striking shadows, and capturing flowers in bloom.”

“I seek peace and happiness through my paintings and my goal is to translate that to the canvas. When viewers tell me they feel happy looking at my work, I know I have achieved my goal! That makes me smile!”
